Emphasis of this work should be woman-specific education programs, training and qualifying measures in the areas of environment and adapted technologies, and the integration of young people with the sense of the juvenile welfare service and youth care. That is to takes place by means of realization of pupil partnerships, youth exchange programs and woman education programs.

With different projects the goal is pursued with the introduction of pollution free adapted technology (e.g. solar digester, wind-claimant pumps, as well as concepts for the resources-careful use of water and energy) linked with the revaluation of traditional life, experiencing a lasting improvement of the living conditions.

All activities of the association must proceed from the principle of the autonomy and sole responsibility of the involved ones.

With community participation, the regional economies will develop stronger and environmentally compatible. With the help of traditional natural understanding, as well as forms of traditional supply and safety systems, we can change ecological problems. 

During our work in different countries of Africa, it noticed to us again and again, that technical plants of former EZ projects were no longer usable, because nobody was trained for maintenance. From this the conviction, we are sure that in new projects the education has to be integrated, in order to ensure the use of many years.
